Guhe GH-870 Flange Sealant & Gasket Maker is a high-performance neutral RTV silicone sealant tailored for formed-in-place gasket (FIPG) and flange sealing applications. It perfectly replaces traditional pre-cut gaskets, forming a tough, flexible and oil-resistant rubber gasket on flange surfaces through room-temperature moisture curing.
Featuring outstanding oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, this gasket maker adapts to harsh working conditions of automotive and industrial machinery. It can stably bond to metal surfaces with slight oil contamination, effectively filling micro defects on machined and cast flanges to solve the sealing failure problem of traditional gaskets.
With professional thixotropic non-sagging property, GH-870 can be easily constructed on vertical surfaces without dripping or flowing. The cured rubber layer maintains stable elasticity under long-term vibration, thermal cycling and mechanical load, no hardening, shrinking or cracking. It is widely used for sealing engine oil pans, valve covers, transmission housings, differentials and industrial gearbox flanges.
